Brought a Mazda 6 Sport from Nigel Farrar, which was totally as described & very easy to do business with. My wife & I had been looking for a C-Max for a while without success. Found one at Roger Twynham's gave them a call & spoke to Nigel who was very knowledgeable & helpful. We viewed & test drove the car the next day, which was a delight to drive. Nigel was very relaxed & professional through the whole painless process of purchasing the car. I just wanted to say that Nigel has made purchasing my car a dream. He is such a helpful chap & at no time did I feel pressured into purchasing. He helped with my car selection, drove my selected car to Bournemouth for a 'no commitment' test drive. After the 'hand shake' he did not chase or hassle me, & I collected the car around 10 days later. The used car was spotless. What the heck do they use to clean it ! In a few years I fully intend to return for another hassle free, pressure free purchase. Just hope Nigel will be there !

Just wanted to say thank you Nigel Farrar. Very pleased with the Skoda Yeti. The car was delivered as was promised in perfect condition. I did not feel at any time pressurised into buying & much appreciated being kept informed of progress prior to collection. The challenge for me now is to keep it looking nice & clean as the previous owners clearly did.

I brought an XJ6 in immaculate condition below the market price, following a lengthy conversation with Nigel on the phone. He brought my BMW 5 series blind as a part exchange. I travelled more than 3 hours down to Salisbury in order to complete the deal. I was concerned that the Jag would produce some expensive bills & concerned that the normal guarantee was not in place. The reason the 'normal guarantee' was not in place was because they stood behind their reputation & gave a fully comprehensive undertaking to fix anything, no matter how large or small within the first 6 months. This was tested on a couple of occasions & on each of them they came up trumps immediately. Grade AA+ customer service. We will go to them first when a car needs replacing. Never met a car dealership less like a car dealership. Praise does not come higher than that !

We were very pleased with the purchase & ease of transaction when recently buying a vehicle from Roger Twynham Motors which included part exchanging our old car. My husband had set his heart having a Qashqai so I requested that I choose the colour. A Google search was made for a Qashqai in red. Up came just the car with a very low mileage for its age & within our price bracket. A phone call was made, the car would be with them the next day ready for us to view. I was a little wary at dealing with an unknown village car sales company 25 miles away from home. I certainly had no need to worry whatsoever as this company is a small family business handed from father to son & been in existence since 1984, which is 32 years ! In these days this is something for them to be very proud of. On the following day went to view the car. When we arrived we were greeted by Nigel Green. When we saw the car, this was just the car for us. Nigel Green dealt with the transaction & part exchanging our present car for a good price. His manner was very polite not at all pushy nor with a lot of salesman talk. As we are elderly he was very caring & patient & explained everything very well, he treated us like family members. It took just 3 days from the first phone call to driving home our new pride & joy also knowing that we had 100% trust in the company we had dealt with. We would certainly use Roger Twynham again & would highly recommend them.

We were looking to change our car, we already owned a Mini Cooper. We were looking for another one. We came across a lovely blue Mini Cooper S whilst looking. I dropped them an email late on Saturday afternoon to say we were interested in the car. We received a phone call within half an hour. Gave a description of our Mini, I was offered a sum of money as a part exchange which was very generous, blind ! We briefly looked at the car on the Sunday although no one was around. I went to test drive the car on Monday morning it was great ! My old Mini was looked over & the price offered was still the same. We brought the new blue Mini Cooper S there & then. So shocked it had only taken 48 hours. Pleasant service, amazed we were contacted straight away from our enquiry. We will definitely be going there again when we require another vehicle. Its nice to find a small family business where they treat customers as customers ! At no time was there any pressure, the car sold itself Nigel Green was there to help with the paperwork ! Fantastic !
